Just today, I found out that Digital Point Forum got hacked and this is not something that happens all the time as the webmasters never saw it coming. I know that this is the first time that I was able to witness the actual hacking and saw what it looked like hacking the most prestigious forum in the SEO community and all webmasters.
I wish DP can get past this one fast because the threads that were hacked were in the major category, the Google category on Digital Point Forums.

Google Dance Affects Cebu SEO Contest
The Google dance affected the Cebu SEO contest today. I knew it when the difference in the results started to slap in my face right after I typed the keyword of the contest which is Cebu SEO contest. Even the forum members all over the SEO community and webmasters of diverse levels have complained about the Google dance.
I really don't care so much about this status but what I am worried about are the earnings of my sites. There is a very big difference between the ordinalry algorithm but this dance is a lot different compared to just your ordinary algo. This is the same cry of forum embers and webmasters all around.
Well, just having you guys out there prepare for the worst update yet once again. This could be another slap or this could be another update especially for those who are up to selling links.

Looking for Jobs in Dubai
More and more Filipinos and I bet there are a lot of local Cebu residents looking for jobs in Dubai and I am not surprised. The reason behind is because the economic crisis has really vested on us especially in Asian countries where the export of labor workforce is relentless.
People are looking for jobs in Dubai because they believe as well as I that the Emirates will not be as badly hit by the current recession happening in the West. Europe for example has felt the effect of the recession in the United States and started to see the effects in labor lay off in different businesses.
Filipinos in Europe felt this and for this reason, they are looking for other greener pastures to eat fresh grass in. Filipinos or OFWs are used to this kind of set up and it has made them the more stronger when we are talking about jobs and looking for jobs to other countries. Dubai, UAE is an ideal place to go find a job, in fact, many Europeans have seen refuge in the Emirates, particularly in Dubai. The reason for this is because Dubai is truly amazing.
The only industry however that felt a little set back from the recession in the US and crisis in Europe is the real estate industry where we all know Dubai is investing in for the preparation of incoming tourists and to increase their tourism to a larger extend next year. I hope this won't affect people who are looking for jobs in Dubai in the coming of the year 2009.

The Olypics Gold Medal Contest for Cebu SEO Contestant
The Philippines got no gold in the just concluded World Olympics. We got zero once again and what does this mean? i don't know anything about it or what happened to the gold hopefuls that we have. Our bets, I thought had the big chance but when they were already playing, not even a glimpse at channel 9 about the contest on gold.
Better luck next time, contests are really something that we cannot pretend to win, we have to win it otherwise, we are a bunch of loosers, just like our Olympic athletes. I want us to win a gold in the contest for countries to have as much gold as other countries. This is not like the Cebu SEO contest wherein even if you loose, there is still another day. Who's Got The Sweet Top Spot - Cebu SEO Contest
It's Rachelle's Blog that has the top sweet spot today. I don't know what she's been doing lately but I don't mind at all. The second spot was occupied by the Cebu SEO Contest organizer but he is not included of course in the contest. The third sweet spot is occupied by blueken, the Capizeno while the fourth spot which will eventually be the third is occupied by the tblog Cebu SEO Contest entry of a friend.
So far there are other entries following the results that I provided here but there is no other choice for those because the said SEO contest is about to end soon n 5 days. Tzan Tza Ra Ran - Viva Cebu SEO Contest !
Now that the end is not just near, but instead, the end is here, all Cebu SEO contest contestant are hurrying up with their effort to reach the top of the results. There seems to be nothing others can do but to praise for the top spot owner. This contest brought a lot of fun for all the participants and it also brought thrill to all who had conquered the tops spot once. This Cebu SEO contest hasn't yet reached that summit and I don't see any reason why it won't but since I am helping a friend to get there once again, here is a post that will probably get it all done.
This is a post dedicated to that Cebu SEO contest entry because I want to help that entry reach the top once again. I am giving today, that Visayan SEO a link from this blog hoping that this will have a dramatic effect on his campaign to regain the glory of being on top for so many days. The Eraser Heads Reunion Concert Pushes Through
After getting no success at all with the planned reunion concert by the Eraserheads with a sponsor, a cigarette company, Eraserheads band members get a savior in the new sponsor they have. i didn't get the name of the lucky guy.
Well, who's more lucky here but all the members of the said band that after disbanding back in 2002, they are back with their backs filled with 2 million pesos each when they finish the concert contract.
Cebu is clamoring for so long now that the said rock icon band in the early 90's would hold a concert in the popular city of Cebu for Cebuanos and Cebu SEOs who are willing to make a bargain just to see their idol band.

I still haven't played around with Tekken 5 DR (dark resurrection) but I am here playing with the new Tekken 6 Era. A new arena for the SEO who once mastered the Tekken arena in the amusement.

Just Experimenting - Cebu SEO Contest and Challenge
I AM JUST EXPERIMENTING ON THE CEBU SEO CONTEST CHALLENGE AND I DON'T WNT TO MAKE ANY IMPRESSION AT ALL AS A SEO. HOWEVER, IF THIS ENTRY WILL WIN THE CONTEST, I WILL STILL ACCEPT IT BECAUSE I ALSO WORKED HARD ENOUGH TO GET THIS BLOG TO WHERE IT IS NOW.
ALTHOUGH I ONLY USED A FEW SIGNIFICANT TECHNIQUES I ALREADY KNOW, I FEEL THAT I HAVE A LOT TO LEARN. THIS IS THE SAME REASON WHY I DECIDED TO JOIN THE CONTEST AND TRY TO MAKE THIS NEW BLOG AND SEE WHAT I CAN DO TO PUT IT ON TOP OF THE CONTEST TARGET KEYWORD - CEBU SEO CONTEST.

A friend, James Baldonaza who joined the Cebu SEO Contest gets a lot of comments these past few days. Contestants to the Cebu SEO contest and other challengers and participants are bugging him about winning the contest.
First I would like to make things clear for all who might be reading this blog anytime soon. THERE IS NO RULE IN THE CEBU SEO CONTEST. What exists in this SEO contest are only registration requirements in which part is to have a link back using one post leading to the organizer website which we all know. Another is to have the home page URL and not the post URL in the comments section. If you didn't post the home page URL, then I believe that you didn't register at all...which means that you are not part of the contest.
The organizer made it clear to everybody that THERE IS NO CONTEST RULE and we all should stick to that. There is no disqualification in any domain as long as you have registered and gave 1 link leading to the Cebu SEO Contest organizer website.
NO ONE EVEN NEEDS TO RANK A HOME PAGE IN ORDER TO WIN, again, there is no such rule. If the organizer feels this is not right, then he must make a comment either using his official blog or using this post and I will welcome it anytime.

There is also one contest participant who is putting up arguments that she is getting a possible hacking attack although it is not proven at all. This gal Cebu SEO contest participant is still ranking in the first page to this day even after such claim of incidents of her loosing access to her blog. This could be a plain old age issue. In the Philippines, as well as some "tagalog' speaking natives in Cebu knows this is what is called as "pag-uulyanin" (state of forgetfullness). forgetting passwords or access codes is not the fault of other participants.
Surprises on the Contest
There are also a few contest surprises as there are some who even bought domains for the contest. They are serious about winning the prestige over other contest-ants and particip-ants.
